This exhaust was rusted inside and out. Our Ultrasonic derusting and cleaning process removes rust and cleans the inside and outside leaving no contamination to damage the engine when running. A big problem many do not know is that after sand blasting a part like this, most of the media is not able to be cleaned from the inside of the pipe due to oil and carbon residues. Then when using the exhaust, that media gets sucked back into the engine during operation causing damage to pistons, rings and bore etc. We use ISO Commercially Manufactured, non hazardous chemicals for our Ultrasonic Derusting and Parts Cleaning services.
